In Kuwait 🇰🇼 We are looking to hire: “HR Manager” ▪Job Summary: The HR Generalist will work collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders in the development, implementation, and day-to-day administration of HR compliance programs, policies, and practices. ▪S/he will assist with daily operations of the HR department, which typically includes being the first point of contact for employees. The Job Yard ▪Duties: Recruitment and Selection • Manage full life cycle of recruiting from job specification through the employment offer. • Interviewing applicants • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations Payroll • Payroll Administration • Calculates employees’ attendance “Variable elements” & converting it into cash. The Job Yard • Checks payroll variations each month and ensures anomalies are rectified Governmental Correspondence Handles all the governmental procedure of Residency, Civil ID and License issuance for all new employees ▪Requirements: Bachelors-Related Discipline-Preferred HR Diploma or relevant studies is a must Experience - At least 5 Years-Related Experience - Experience with payroll administration is a must.
