Reputed oil & gas organization looking for HR Specialist - ( Only Male ) Need Immediate Joining in Kuwait Bachelors/Master's Degree preferable. Must be fluent in Arabic & English. Have experience above 7 years in the same field. • Develops policy, directs and coordinates HR activities. • Originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance work culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. • Review on going and future HR projects and plan manpower forecast. • Generate and maintain Manpower Budget and cost. • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource and state labor law requirements; health and safety regulations; overtime policy violations; conducting investigations, Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. • Improving Manpower utilization • Competency system Article 18 transferable must,Mention the designation in subject with complete set of documents.
