Steel Detailer/draftsman This position will be responsible for providing support to the Fabrication department through detailed drawings. Requirements +4 years of experience detailing Steel structures for fabrication preferred. Competence using Tekla Structure & Advance Steel with strong computer skills for Microsoft Windows-based programs. Excellent knowledge of metallic structural materials such as beams, plates, sheets, and hollow section shapes. Exceptional attention to detail is required. Requires strong ability to multi-task and flexibility. Candidate must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as initiative and the ability to delegate decision making and other responsibilities. Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and issues. Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
