You agree that by accessing the Website, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and you must discontinue use immediately. The Website is not under for persons under 18 years of age.

We charge a service fee per plan for job seekers and for companies. All plans are described in detail on the Website: https://wathefa.com/en/premium/packages .
We charge an activation fee of forty (40) KWD to post and promote a position which shall be deducted from the final bill. You agree to a fifty percent (50%) charge on any payment sent or received as compensation. We provide a free one time employee replacement option valid for three (3) months only from the date of activation.
We use various Payment Methods offered through the Website that may incur added fees or charges. All Payment Methods will be posted on the Website along with any associated fees or charges which may be subject to change without notice.
Upon receiving your payment through the Website, your card will be debited once authorization is received through the payment gateway My Fatoorah. All transactions are secured.
You shall be responsible for any duty tax, fee or charge of any nature imposed by any governmental authority.
You agree that we will pre-screen you as a job seeker or pre-screen jobseekers for you. We provide no warranty whatsoever or claim responsibility for the quality of service exchanged on the platform including, without limitation, warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. All deliverables are to be considered AS-IS.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any given time. Should there be any alterations, the Company may notify you at its absolute discretion.
All content or other materials available on the our website including but not limited to code, images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, audio and video clips, HTML files and other content are the property of our Company and/or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, patent and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under the relevant laws.
